This apartment is located at the bottom of High St. - which is one of the main streets in downtown Morgantown! You are within walking distance to many restaurants and bars- please refer to my guidebook for my personal favorites! There are entertainment opportunities a few blocks away. You are also close to the PRT- Personal Rapid Transit system that takes people all around WVU's campus! The closest PRT station to the apartment is Walnut St.

No Pet Policy is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Violations of pet policy will result in a $500 fee / Pet.

Window Air Conditioning Units are Seasonal. June -September.

Late Checkout Policy.

We always work with our guests to make sure everyone is comfortable with the checkout. If you need to check out late, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check out. IF we are able to accomodate you, we will let you know the revised check out time. If a late check out is not agreed upon, a $75 late fee will be assesed for every 30 minutes after 11:00am, or written agreed upon time of check out.
