This is a remodeled three bedroom apartment with quite a lot to offer. Each bedroom has a queen bed ! The bathroom is entirely remodeled with beautiful marble tile. The kitchen will have all of your basic cooking needs - just know that we don't stock our fridge! You will enter into a large foyer that is incredibly cozy, and makes a great sitting room if you need some space. Our apartment will make you feel right at home. Please enjoy your stay!

Parking is free for 1 car. Additional parking is availalbe for $25/night

No Pet Policy is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Violations of pet policy will result in a $500 fee / Pet.

NO SMOKING AT ALL. If smoke damage is detected, you could incur up to a $500 extra fine.

Window Air Conditioning Units are Seasonal. June -September.

Late Checkout Policy.

We always work with our guests to make sure everyone is comfortable with the checkout. If you need to check out late, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check out. IF we are able to accomodate you, we will let you know the revised check out time. If a late check out is not agreed upon, a $75 late fee will be assesed for every 30 minutes after 11:00am, or written agreed upon time of check out.
